The third scholarship and orphanage day took the team to a remote orphanage, turning the morning into both a long travel day and a chance to prepare mentally for another intimate community visit.

Once there, the work moved beyond logistics. It became time spent with children, listening to their stories, learning names, and making the experience feel less like a stop on an itinerary and more like a real relationship.

These are the days that make the mission feel personal. The scale may be smaller than clinic, but the emotional weight of the visit stays with volunteers long after the bus ride home.
